Visible checks

Trust begins with saying exactly what was checked.

GoldNest will use specific, dated statements instead of one broad verified badge. Each statement has a defined minimum and a visible limitation.

Listing details checked

Core facts confirmed

The submitting party confirmed the core listing facts on the displayed date.

This does not establish ownership, title validity, property condition, or continued availability.
GoldNest inspected

A recorded visit

A GoldNest representative visited the property and retained permitted media or inspection notes.

This does not replace a professional building, legal, survey, valuation, or title review.
Independent review recorded

A defined document scope

An appropriately qualified independent professional reviewed the named document category.

The statement applies only to the named documents and review scope. It is not a guarantee.

Freshness is part of the check

A published rental becomes due for recheck after 14 days. A sale, land, or commercial listing becomes due after 30 days. A verification-due record must leave public search until it is rechecked.

What stays private

  • Exact private addresses and coordinates
  • Owner, tenant, or reporter identification
  • Unredacted title, site-plan, identity, or access documents
  • Internal notes, evidence references, and security details
